18. A lump in your throat: cảm giác nghẹn ngào, không nói nên lời

- Nghĩa đen của cụm “A lump in the throat” là “một cục nghẹn ở trong cổ họng”, ý chỉ cảm giác không nói nên lời, do nghẹn ngào vì xúc động, hoặc do lo lắng, bất an hay bất kỳ một cảm xúc mãnh liệt nào khác dẫn tới việc không thể diễn đạt bằng lời nói.
