II. Cách dùng
1. Mang nghĩa "trá hình, cải trang, giả dạng"
=If you are in disguise, you are not wearing your usual clothes or you have altered your appearance in other ways, so that people will not recognize you.

- You'll have to travel in disguise.
- He was wearing that ridiculous disguise.
- to disguise oneself as (IELTS TUTOR giải thích: ... cải trang là...)
- She's adopted so many disguises her own mother wouldn't recognize her.
- She disguised herself as a man so she could fight on the battlefield.
2. Mang nghĩa "che giấu, che đậy"
=To disguise something means to hide it or make it appear different so that people will not know about it or will not recognize it.

- He made no attempt to disguise his agitation.
- She couldn't disguise her glee at their embarrassment. (IELTS TUTOR giải thích: Cô ta không thể che giấu được niềm vui sướng của mình trước sự lúng túng của bọn họ)

- Their healthy image disguises the fact that they are highly processed foods.
- I played along, and disguised my voice
- I couldn't disguise my anger. (IELTS TUTOR giải thích: Tôi đã không thể giấu nỗi cơn tức giận của tôi)
- I try to disguise his voice. (IELTS TUTOR giải thích: Tôi cố giả giọng anh ấy)
