2.1. Mang nghĩa"cho rằng cái gì là...."
=If something is deemed to have a particular quality or to do a particular thing, it is considered to have that quality or do that thing

- deem something necessary/important/appropriate etc
- deem someone/something to be something
- deemed it necessary
IELTS TUTOR xét ví dụ:
- The Commission will take as long as is deemed necessary to make its decision.
- These buildings are deemed to be of architectural importance and must be protected.
- French and German were deemed essential.
- He says he would support the use of force if the U.N.
- I was deemed to be a competent shorthand typist.
- Do you deem this offer to be acceptable? (IELTS TUTOR giải thích: Ông có nghĩ rằng đơn giá chào hàng này chấp nhận được hay không?)

2.2. Mang nghĩa" nghĩ rằng"
=to have a particular opinion about somebody/something=consider

- She deemed it prudent not to say anything.

- They would take any action deemed necessary.
- The strike was deemed to be illegal.
