2.1. Mang nghĩa"đề địa chỉ"
=to write the name and address of a particular person or organization on an envelope, parcel etc

2.2. Mang nghĩa"gửi thẳng (lời nhận xét, lời tuyên bố) đến ai/vật gì"
=to officially tell a particular person or organization your complaints, questions, or comments

=to call someone a particular name or title when you speak to them/to speak directly to someone who is with you
