II. Cách dùng
1. Diễn tả"một số lượng không xác định"
=used instead of ‘some’ for saying or asking whether there is a small amount of something or a small number of people or things

- Với nghĩa này, any dùng ở câu hỏi & câu phủ định
- any of
- any...at all
- few if any (=not many and possibly none)

2. Mang nghĩa"bất cứ"
=used when it is not important to say which person or thing you are referring to, because what you are saying applies to everyone or everything/used when it is not important which person or thing you choose

3. Mang nghĩa"một chút nào, một tí nào (trong câu phủ định, câu hỏi dạng so sánh)"
=used for emphasis after a verb to mean ‘at all’
