1. Mang nghĩa"tự nguyện, tự ý, tự ý định của bản thân ai"
=done willingly, not because you are forced a voluntary agreement

- He took voluntary redundancy.
2. Mang nghĩa"tự nguyện, không cần nhận lương (công việc)"
=(of work) done by people who choose to do it without being paid
