I. NEARBY ĐƯỢC DÙNG NHƯ ADJ, MANG NGHĨA GẦN ĐÂY (tức là đứng trước noun)
=a nearby place is not far away

II. NEARBY ĐƯỢC DÙNG NHƯ ADV, MANG NGHĨA GẦN ĐÂY (tức là đứng sau Verb)
