=used for introducing a subject that is related to what you have just been talking about = with regard to / concerning
IELTS TUTOR lưu ý:
- Dùng "as for / as to" đầu câu khi nói đến một vấn đề nào đó có liên quan đến vấn đề trước (You use as for and as to at the beginning of a sentence in order to introduce a slightly different subject that is still connected to the previous one)
