I. Khi "Jam" vừa là danh từ đếm được & danh từ không đếm được
Jam mang nghĩa "mứt"
(a sweet, soft food made by cooking fruit with sugar to preserve it. It is eaten on bread)

- strawberry/raspberry jam
- jam sandwiches
- Gooseberries are used for making pies and jam.
II. Khi "Jam" là danh từ đếm được
1. traffic jam(s): kẹt xe
a large number of vehicles close together and unable to move or moving very slowly

- The snow caused traffic jams all over the city.
- I was stuck in a traffic jam for an hour yesterday.
2. sự mắc kẹt, sự kẹt (máy...)
something that is stuck in a machine, or that prevents the parts of a machine from moving

- She fed the documents into the machine making sure that there were no paper jams
3. [thường ở số ít] tình hình khó khăn
(a difficult situation)
