1. Mang nghĩa "sự lo lắng; sự lo âu"
=a feeling of worry about something, especially one that a lot of people have about an important issue

2. Mang nghĩa "mối quan tâm lớn nhất"
=something that you think is important

=if something is not your concern, you are not responsible for it and do not need to become involved in it / if something is your concern, you are responsible for it and have to deal with it
